SMS / Text Messaging
LodDepot offers text messaging (SMS) and WhatsApp messaging as part of its order management services. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive messages from LodDepot and from the LodDepot customer (your supplier) whose account you are communicating with. Messages may include order confirmations, order status and delivery updates, account notifications, replies to orders you send by text, and customer care messages.
- Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You opt in by providing your mobile number to LodDepot or to your supplier, or by sending a text message to a LodDepot-provided number.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on your orders and account activity.

- Opt out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from that number. To join again, reply START or provide your number to us again.

- Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers who send messages on our behalf (such as our messaging platform vendor) solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. Your mobile phone number and message content are used only to provide the services described above.
Data Access
Only upper management of LodDepot has the ability to view your data. Such access occurs only during requested support sessions or technical diagnostics. Data never leaves LodDepot's secure hosting environment except temporarily for these express purposes, or as needed by our messaging providers to deliver the text messages and WhatsApp messages you have opted in to receive.
